Rental season: the procedures

Rental season is the stretch of back-to-back bookings when small drips, sand and worn toilet parts turn into big bills if nobody checks between guests.

These four procedures fit into turnover days. None needs a plumber unless something you find points to one. The turnover check takes about 20 minutes and catches most problems before the next family walks in.
